How soon are the reports available?

When you place your order, as soon as the confirmed payment is received, a series of jobs will be automatically scheduled to run. If you website is a PR3 or less, your reports should be ready to view in a few hours from order placement. If you website is a PR4 or above, it may require 8 or more hours to complete processing. This is due to the comprehensive nature of the queries and the attempt by DIY SEO Live to interrogate every internal and external SEO factor.

I've received my confirmation email, but my reports aren't showing.

Your DIY SEO Live viewer may be configured to automatically log into the DEMO account. If you're not prompted for a username and password when you run it, this is what is occurring. You can choose the 'Switch User' option from the Tools menu. You can then enter your login details to view your reports.

I have many websites, what should I do.

You can submit multiple orders for different websites. They will all be available in your DIY SEO Viewer - and accessible fromn the picklist on the top right had side of the page.

Can I run these reports for a site I don't own?

Yes you can.You can submit an order for any website available online. DIY SEO Live will run reports against your entered website URL. This is a great way to learn what other websites are doing to achieve their ranks and search engine visibility.
